I wait with bated breath ..
For your touch on my lips ..
Wishing I cld drown my sorrows in your taste
Wish I cld burn this misery called life in the fire which lights you up
The fire which has driven me forward has long extinguished
Along with that flame of desire blowing out , dispassion ing me into this mundane existence called life
And as this ember burns past memories keep flashing before sinking into the maelstrom of oblivion
The milling crowd around me is a distant haze
The are so near yet seem so far
When my mind is entwined with problems
Seeking solace in the smoke that leaves
Reminiscing my current state just as the air is clear again

ReplyDeleteWell.. to be very honest. It was after a shitty day at work.,. You know that point in life when u cross 25 which is mid point of your youth and you realize in terms of work and other stuff u are nowhere.
